VersaPack serves the Metalworking Industry with Heavy Duty Corrugated Packaging. We specialize in Pallet Boxes - which are assembled with proven processes. Since early 2022, "Assembled Packaging" is what we are known for and we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers.

Pallet Boxes
Our Strong ‘Bulk Bins’ (Pallet Boxes) can be designed specifically for your product specs with Inner Packaging available for further protection. Made from Single, Double, or Triple Wall Corrugated- we offer Reinforced Wood Corner Boards for Brute Stacking Strength. Tare Weight is available to be written on the Pallet Box.

Inner Protective Packaging
Corrugated Partitions / Pads are a great solution to further protect your parts and can be offered in ‘No Mar’ Finish coating.
Available in a variety of Sizes and Board Tests to fit Pallet Boxes or Shipping Boxes.
Temperature Controlled Packaging
Food Grade Insulated Kits are a great way to ship Refrigerated or Frozen products. These EPS Foam products come with a tight fitting lid and can maintain temperature from 24-48 hours.

Pallets
We offer Recycled Stringer Pallets or Skids in standard 48 x 40 size or any custom size. Pallets have Top and Bottom Deck Boards as Skids have no Bottom Deck Boards.
Stocked pallets make us a good option for a quick pick up.

Stretch Films
To properly unitize your pallet load with the correct Stretch Film is important during transit.
We offer many variations of thickness and types of Stretch Film in order to fit you with the right product for your application.

Custom Printed Tapes
We offer Custom Printed Tapes with up to Five Colors printed. Three Adhesive options and Thicknesses range from 1.5 Mils to 6.9 Mils.
Printed Logo Tapes are a great alternative to paying for panel printed boxes.
